Theo began his journey as a bus driver in Highline nearly eight years ago. He has driven nearly every route in Highline, interacting with and making an impact on thousands of students.

Highline's graduation rate has been on a steady rise for the past 7 years. The on-time graduation rate for the Class of 2021 was 83.5%. That's an increase of 21 point rise since 2013.
