Coaching in Highline will challenge you, strengthen you and broaden your perspectives. Coaches can and do have the greatest single impact on the development of our students.
It's more than sports. Coaches help students unlock their potential.
Become part of our coaching staff. Coaching positions include, but are not limited to high school and middle school head coaches and assistant coaches.
Coaches oversee the growth and development of student athletes by focusing on fundamental skills.
We are looking for passionate coaches with strong levels of emotional and cultural intelligence willing to develop strong relationships with students, families, colleagues and our greater Highline community.
We are aligned with the WIAA, we offer a full entrée of sports throughout our three high school seasons and five middle school seasons
Qualifications
- You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for head coach or assistant coach position.

All coaches are required to have the following certifications:
- First Aid/CPR - Highline Athletics does not offer specific FA/CPR Training. Options are available through local Red Cross agencies as well as seasonal opportunities provided through Children's Hospital. These are at the expense of the coach.
